Fog Test 01

There are many possible ways to create fog in a scene. In this image I'm testing two. The ground fog is made up of three planes, each with a semi transparent fog image painted on it. The atmospheric fog is created with lights. The lights cast a visible noise pattern into the air around them. The torch light has its own visible light, with noise, to create the yellow glow. Once animated, the fog will slowly move through the scene, at least that's the plan. Right now I'm just searching for a "look" for the fog. Once I'm happy with that, I'll see how it will behave when animated. I will also be testing different densities of the fog for shots closer to and farther from the subject. I'm hoping to create a fog that has the cloud like feel of this image combined the over all look of the fog in the "Set Artwork # 3" picture. "A
