The Gargoyle will be one of Old Nick's henchmen. I think I'll have two of them act as thou they are part of the set, then have them open their eyes and move late in the story. That way I can use them as set pieces and characters.

      I'll exaggerate the muscles on his body and put in a couched pose. I think I'll give him bat type wings as well.
