I jumped head and decided to work on the big bad one himself. Subsequent passes will involve painting a more detailed face and building a set of teeth and perhaps a forked tongue.

      I'm quite pleased with how he came out, I wasn't sure which direction I was going to take him, but this works for me.

      I'm going to go with the full fleece legs, cloven hooves, and muscular bare chest look. And of course a tail. He is the only character besides Jacko that might speak. I haven't decided if he will or not, but he is quoted a few times in the poem. If he does, it will influence how the teeth and tongue will need to work.
